Colorado Falls 48-41 to Trojans - Recap
Caleb Williams's 403-yard performance through the air was the key in USC's 48-41 win over Colorado on Saturday at Folsom Field.
The Trojans earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -21.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 74.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Caleb Williams completed 30 of 40 pass attempts for 403 yards for the Trojans in the win.
Anthony Hankerson rushed for 74 yards for Colorado, while Shedeur Sanders added 50 yards. Shedeur Sanders threw for 371 yards for the Buffaloes, while receivers Omarion Miller and Jimmy Horn Jr. had 196 and 84 yards respectively.
USC was outgained by Colorado 564-498 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 32-26 by the Buffaloes.
Colorado led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:05-27:55 split in that important category.
Next game, USC takes its act home to face Arizona looking for another win. For Colorado, they head on the road to face Arizona State.
