Wildcats vs Horned Frogs Final: 41-3 - Recap
TCU couldn't hang with the Wildcats on Saturday as Kansas State blasted the Horned Frogs 41-3 in Week 8 action at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
Kansas State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -5.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 59.5.
Treshaun Ward rushed for 89 yards, while DJ Giddens added 85 yards in the win. Jayce Brown and DJ Giddens added 88 and 75 receiving yards respectively.
Emani Bailey rushed for 100 yards for TCU, while Trey Sanders added 15 yards. Josh Hoover threw for 187 yards for the Horned Frogs, while receivers Savion Williams and Dylan Wright had 60 and 31 yards respectively.
Kansas State outgained TCU 587-300 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 29-19 by the Wildcats.
TCU lost the time of possession battle 38:50-21:10, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Kansas State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Houston. TCU will aim to get back on the winning track at Texas Tech.
