Aggies Down Mississippi State 51-10 - Match Report
The battle between the Aggies and Bulldogs didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as Mississippi State was handed a 51-10 defeat on Saturday at Kyle Field.
Texas A&M won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -16.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 40.5.
Jaylen Henderson rushed for 60 yards, while Amari Daniels added 59 yards in the win. Ainias Smith and Noah Thomas added 64 and 49 receiving yards respectively.
Seth Davis rushed for 79 yards for Mississippi State, while Jeffery Pittman added 23 yards. Mike Wright threw for 68 yards for the Bulldogs, while receivers Zavion Thomas and Lideatrick Griffin had 39 and 34 yards respectively.
Mississippi State lost the offensive yardage battle to Texas A&M 396-237 yards in Saturday's game. Texas A&M had more first downs as that total ended up 24-12.
Texas A&M led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:24-29:36 split in that important category.
Texas A&M heads into a Week 12 battle against Abilene Christian. Mississippi State, meanwhile, will have their next action against Southern Miss.
