Detroit Falls 38-10 to Broncos - Recap

Melvin Gordon III scampered through the Detroit defense for 111 yards as Denver handed the Lions a 38-10 defeat on Sunday at Empower Field at Mile High.

The Broncos were a -12.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 42.0.

Melvin Gordon III rushed for 111 yards, while Javonte Williams added 73 yards in the win. Noah Fant and Jerry Jeudy added 51 and 47 receiving yards respectively.

Craig Reynolds rushed for 83 yards for Detroit, while Godwin Igwebuike added 25 yards. Jared Goff threw for 215 yards for the Lions, while receivers Amon-Ra St. Brown and Josh Reynolds had 73 and 52 yards respectively.

Denver outgained Detroit 358-316 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 25-17 by the Broncos.

Denver led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:07-27:53 split in that important category.

Next game, Denver takes its act home to face Cincinnati looking for another win. For Detroit, they head home to face Arizona.
