Indianapolis Falls 39-38 to Browns - Recap

Kareem Hunt ran through the Indianapolis defense for 2 TDs as Cleveland handed the Colts a 39-38 defeat on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Cleveland won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -3.5-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 40.0.

Jerome Ford rushed for 74 yards, while Kareem Hunt added 31 yards in the win. Elijah Moore and David Njoku added 59 and 54 receiving yards respectively.

Jonathan Taylor rushed for 75 yards for Indianapolis, while Zack Moss added 57 yards. Gardner Minshew II threw for 305 yards for the Colts, while receivers Josh Downs and Michael Pittman Jr. had 125 and 83 yards respectively.

Indianapolis outgained Cleveland 456-316 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 20-18 by the Colts.

The time of possession battle favored Indianapolis as their offense was on the field for 32:31, longer than the 27:29 of their opponents.

Cleveland looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Seahawks. The Colts will aim to get back on the winning track vs. New Orleans.
