On the power play, Carolina went 1-for-4, while the Stars were 1-for-3 with the man advantage.

Carolina lost the shots on goal battle to Dallas by a margin of 29-21.

Carolina looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Blue Jackets. The Stars will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Nashville.
