Recap - Senators Defeat Tampa Bay 7-4

The Lightning came up short Saturday against the Senators, falling 7-4.

Tampa Bay got goals from Brayden Point, Alex Killorn, Brandon Hagel, and Victor Hedman in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Brian Elliott stopped 33 of 39 shots for the Lightning, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Ottawa went 1-for-4, while the Lightning were 3-for-5 with the man advantage.

Ottawa outshot Tampa Bay 40-24 in the game.

Ottawa looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Hurricanes. The Lightning will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Toronto.
