Recap - Golden Knights Defeat St. Louis 2-1

The Golden Knights earned a 2-1 victory over the Blues on Monday at Enterprise Center.

Vegas was favored by -152 and came through for bettors backing them. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 6.0.

Vegas got goals from Pavel Dorofeyev, and Jonathan Marchessault in the victory. Dorofeyev opened the scoring at 5:59 of the first period.

Logan Thompson turned in a 30-save effort for the Golden Knights.

St. Louis got a goal from Brandon Saad in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Jordan Binnington stopped 32 of 34 shots for the Blues, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Vegas went 0-for-2, while the Blues were 0-for-2 with the man advantage.

Vegas outshot St. Louis 34-31 in the game.

Next game, Vegas takes its act on the road to face Nashville looking for another win. For St. Louis, they head home to face Calgary.
